Dear Neighbor, Chesterfield is the most vibrant city in all of Missouri. We must keep it that way. I ask for your vote on April 7th of this year for City Council. Here is my plan to keep Chesterfield moving in the right direction: Protect Our Money – We must hold our City, and all government, responsible for how our money is spent. We do NOT need new taxes! Chesterfield has a healthy stream of revenue. We need to use the revenue more prudently. As families tighten our belts in this economy, so must government. Reduce Property Tax – I have created a petition to reduce personal property tax in Missouri. As a Councilman, I will take this petition to our county and state officials. Be assured, tax relief is my top priority, and I will fight for you on every level of government. Encourage Economic Growth – Our City is strong because we have worked hard to build it well. Much of our city revenue comes from retail sales, but the retail market is struggling. We must do everything possible to retain the businesses that choose to serve our community. In business we call this a retention strategy. Our city needs a retention strategy, don't you think? If these issues are important to you then I ask for your support on April 7th.
